Ans. Original TC can be issued only once. After that duplicate TC is issued on submission of affidavit of the applicant. A duplicate TC is entered by attaching that affidavit to the SR register. After this, TC cannot be issued for the third time. Only one can issue a certificate that the applicant has passed the following examination in the following year.
Click on the Report tab, click on TC, and enter the SR number and search there will be details of the cut TC. At that end, enter the date of issue of duplicate TC, and save. After this, click on the TC number written before the student’s name and print the TC.
Que. 2 How can the amendment be done after the newly admitted student’s entry is in the wrong class and confirmed ?
Ans. In the Student Module of Shala darpan Portal (New Issued Form) – Due to continuous absence, select the name separately and S. R. number and separate the name from the ‘Separate name due to incorrect entry’ option and enter the new class. Now same S. R. Re-enter the number of newly entered students in the correct class by number.
If the revision is not possible from school login on admission of wrong class through online TC of admission, send request mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel this admission. Also mail a copy of the online TC. After the admission is canceled again, enter the correct class online, write all the information on email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org on the school letter pad and write it for desired amendment.

In order to re-regularize the student in all these situations mentioned above, due to continuous absence the name should be selected from the separate module to ‘regularize’ option so that the student can be regularized in the same session in which he was NSO.
After this the rest of the updation can be done again by NSO. The name separate re-entry module should be used only and only if an NSO student is to be re-admitted to his or her NS0 class in the current session.
Que. 5 Where will the “CWSN” children enter the shala darpan, while the student is already studying in the local school ? Now in which module of shala darpan, where to enter ?

Que. 10 How can amendment to the accepted post and accepted subject be made ?
Ans. Directorate for amendment in the approved post or subject, Ma. Education can be done at Rajasthan, Bikaner level only. For this, email email@example.com with complete details. Ans. For this, students of Shala darpan portal (newly issued form)> go to the previous class in the result and promotion and first of all can do the PROMOTION CANCEL through CANCEL PROMOTION. After this, select Repeat Request in the test result. By doing this, the student will come to class-10 or class-12 of the current session.
Que. 15 How will the entry of newly appointed personnel be done in shala darpan form – 3A ?
Ans. Employee ID is required for the entry of newly appointed employee in shala darpan form – 3A. For this, first apply online to get Employee ID of newly appointed employee through DDO login on SIPF portal. Employee ID is usually received within 1 – 2 business days. After getting the Employee ID, select the Teachers Section > Entry Entry (3A) > Personnel Recruitment in the School > New Appointment in the Shala darpan Portal > Complete all the entries of the newly appointed personnel and save.
With this, the name of the personnel will come in Form-3A. After this, go to Teacher> Personnel detailed entry and complete all entry. Also upload photos of newly appointed employees.
Que. 16 From where can the overall list of total minority student enrollment of the school be obtained ?

Ans. This can be done for two reasons –
(a) If, while filling the service details of the employee in Form-10 (Personnel Detailed Description entry), the third column will be displayed twice in the entry 3-A when filling two places continue till the 3rd column date. From the school login till the 3rd column date, the amendment will be done only on writing on the current posting.
(b) Person’s entry will appear twice in entry 3-A, even if the employee’s entry is completed twice with different Employee ID. To delete the entry with incorrect Employee ID, please email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed details on the letter pad of the school.
Que. 18 Sessional marks / number feeding option of Sanskrit is not available, how to correct it ?
Ans. If you do not see the complete list of third language students in any class at the time of result feeding on the shala darpan. Check that class form – 7A, if in it, select the third language from the drop down list in front of all the students and finally click the button of Submit All Student. Your problem will be solved.

Ans. The date of birth of a student of any class and information related to the first class can be changed while giving TC. For any modification in addition to the above while giving TC to the highest class 10 or class-12 students of the school, students of Shala darpan Portal (newly issued form) > In the result and promotion to the highest class-10 or class-12, first of all CANCEL PROMOTION By PROMOTION CANCEL.
After this, after going to the previous session in the student (innovative form)> student entry edit (form 5), make the desired amendment and again upgrade the student and issue the TC. (1) First go to the result menu and unlock the green sheet.
(ii) After this, make necessary amendments in the student’s data in the student entry edit (Form 5).
(iii) Go to the result module in the result module and select any one of the exams. The Save a lock button will appear next to the student’s marks. First save and then lock.
(iv) Go to ‘MARK SHEET’ in the result module and get the revised score table.

Que. 29 How to apply for scholarship in SCHOLARSHIP Module on Shala darpan ?
Ans. The following five steps are to be completed in the Shala darpan SCHOLARSHIP module – (1) First select IDENTIFICATION AND SCHOLARSHIP in the first phase of the shala darpan SCHOLARSHIP module. Eligible for scholarship or ineligible for scholarship or application for scholarship after selecting class.
After FINAL SUBMIT, select the session and scholarship from SCHOLARSHIP WISE REPORT again and download the report for each type of scholarship and keep it safe for school records. According to the instructions of the Technical Director, NIC RMSA, Jaipur, there will not be any modification in the list of eligible students of scholarship sent to District Education Officer after FINAL SUBMIT due to financial data and other reasons. Therefore, the following procedure should be done by the Head of the Institution and in-charge / Scholarship in-charge before FINAL SUBMIT in SCHOLARSHIP module.
(1) The print of SCHOLARSHIP SUMMARY REPORT ‘should be checked and the eligible / ineligible students of class-wise scholarship should be examined. After taking the class-wise print, check the eligible / ineligible students of the scholarship with each class teacher.
(2) Now fill the scholarship amount in ‘SCHOLARSHIP FINAL SUBMIT’ and save ‘Scholarship Amount’ by ‘Save Amount’. Now download separate reports for each type of scholarship from ‘SCHOLARSHIP WISE REPORT’ and match the school record in the Head of the institution and in charge of Scholarship / Scholarship.
(3) After ‘FINAL SUBMIT’ again select the session and scholarship from ‘SCHOLARSHIP WISE REPORT’ and download the report for each type of scholarship and keep it safe for school records.
Que. 30 What is the process of changing the basic designation and basic subject of primary and secondary education employee at shala darpan ?

B- Copy of appointment / promotion order of employee (Principal, Principal, Lecturer, Senior Teacher etc.) through the Principal (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) for amendment in original post and subject of secondary education personnel. To send the original post of L1 / L2 or 6d order for revision of the original subject, send the copy of the educational and fortnightly qualification to the email given through the Principal.
Que. 31 After the first test / second test / half-year, the name of the student who has been NS0 is not being displayed in the result model, how will the result of NS0 student be entered for school record ?
Ans. If the result entry is not done before NS0, in that case adopt the following procedure –
To display the name of the student who has done NSO in the result module, the student should enter the student’s SR number separately due to the frequent absence in the student module. Now click on the date in the received data. Now select the student to regularize the method for removal / detachment. Now the student’s name will appear in the result module. After the result entry of the student, again, separate the name from the same date again due to continuous absence.
